This facility is for our business customers who prefer to book a journey easily and securely using the internet without the need for a phone call. This is a priority service at no extra cost.
How to set up Online Booking:
- Call us on 0121 744 1111 and speak to our VIP Commercial Department to let us know that you are interested in this option.
- We will then arrange a time that is convenient for you when one of our team can come to your office/location and give you a quick demo on how to use the system. The demo takes just a few minutes. This secure web-based system uses an ordinary internet web browser – there is no software to install.
- We will provide you with a unique login and password and from then on you can book a taxi online, anytime. When you book online, immediately you will receive an email confirming the booking with the details you entered, so you can see that your request is active and that your car will be there when you need it.
- The car comes in the usual way… takes you where you want to go … you pay the driver by cash, debit or credit card, unless you have an account (click here to contact us regarding set up an account) and prefer to charge it, and…that’s it! It couldn’t be more simple!
