To leave feedback for A2B and our booking service, simply fill in our feedback form. Provide us with your name, contact information and the date and details of your journey and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For quotes or to book a journey, please download our app or call the Journey Booking Centre.
Feedback about your driver
You may also wish to send feedback directly to your local Licencing Department for incidents related to your driver.
When contacting your local authority, remember to include:
- A photo/note of the driver number
- the vehicle registration number
- the license plate number
- the date, time, and where the incident happened.

Send us your feedback
You can send feedback yourself or on behalf of someone else. If you are making a complaint on behalf of someone else, we need to know that you have their permission to do so. We cannot disclose any personal information without written consent or a power of attorney document. You will be required to provide proof of identity for both parties.
