Web Booking - Book your Taxi online.

This new facility is for those who prefer to order a taxi easily and securely using the internet without the need for a phone call.

How to set it up:

  1. Give us a call on 0121 733 6633 to let us know that you are interested in this option.
  2. We can then arrange a time that is convenient for you when one of our team can come to your office/ location and give you a quick demo on how to use the system. This demo will take approx 15 min's. (This secure web-based system uses an ordinary internet browser - no software to install)
  3. We will give you your own login and password and you are now ready to book a taxi online anytime. When you book online you'll get an email confirmation with the details you entered showing that your request is active and that your car will be there when you need it.
  4. The car comes in the usual way... takes you where you want to go ... you pay the driver by cash, debit or credit card (unless you have an account and prefer to charge it) and...that's it.

Automatic Telephone Booking Service (IVR)

This service is an automatic telephone booking service specifically designed to make it easy and fast for our regular customers.

It allows customers with a ‘Touch-Tone’ telephone to place a booking directly into our despatch screen - avoiding the normal telephone queues.

Using Caller ID, our system is able to simplify the system's use by callers - reducing a normal booking to a single push-button operation.

How To Book your Taxi:

Landline:

  1. Ask an operator to register you onto the IVR Service.
  2. Next time you call, an automated voice will confirm your home address, press 1 on your phone to book a car for an immediate pickup, if you wish to speak to an operator i.e. to book a car for a later time then press ‘0’
  3. After pressing the number 1 to book a car, the IVR system will immediately place a standard booking into the despatch computer system, you will then receive a repeated message clarifying your pick up point followed by a reference number as confirmation of the booking, after which please hang up.
  4. Your booking has now been processed, you have now received a High Priority Status on our system and the next available car in your area will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible.

Mobile:

  1. After you have registered with us (as land line) you will be able to choose from another 2 different places of your choice.
  2. No.1 on your mobile will always be your home address, No. 2 & No. 3 will give you the option of another two pick up points where you regularly go to, perhaps your favourite restaurant or your place of work.
  3. After pressing the appropriate number to book a car, the IVR system will immediately place a standard booking into the despatch computer system, you will then receive a repeated message clarifying your pick up point followed by a reference number as confirmation of the booking, after which please hang up.
  4. Your booking has now been processed, you have now received a High Priority Status on our system and the next available car in your area will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible.
  5. At anytime please remember if you would like to speak to an operator then press ‘0’ on your phone.
